)I thought it would never come. Things at work got pretty heated this week (sooooo much work and things to do all at once... O.o), hopefully there were parties and friends, great art here on DA as well as
who got me started on a massive fantard attack over Psycho Mantis, a character from the Konami Game "Metal Gear Solid". I definitely have something for ruthless characters with a tragic past, a great sense of sarcasm and cynism...
I have actually never played the game (I watched a friend playing once, and all I remembered was the hero's very lame lines... O.o"), but just reading a funny comic ( [link]) with a Psycho Mantis obcessed with coffee and fearing girls, Revolver Ocelot with a Chronical backstabbing Disorder and a Boggart-fan Decoy Octopus was enough to make me "muppin" the whole week. But I got my brain back and it is now obcessed with Oblivion again.
.... where was I again - oh yeah, week-end !
As I said, it is nice to have a bit of time to chill and relax.
I am at my parents' place 'till sunday, and given they still are on holidays, this means I have the whole house bloody house for myself, Chu and friends until tomorrow !
But first, I need to clean the fridge. A bunch of strawberries my mother forgot there a month ago tried to get out of the fridge and attack me this morning. And I am sure they are currently plotting with the rotten tomatoes...
B) (NOT SO) INTERESTING NEWS OF THE WEEK :
1) One woman over five can't read properly the result of a pregnancy test ===> LEARN TO READ BEFORE FUCKING, STUPID BITCHES !
2) Bees are disappearing. And if they totally do, so the human race will (although I am not sure it is a bad news actually...).
3) If I read/watch/hear anything more about the Olympic Games, I am going to explode.
Geez, all those people watching sport in front of their TV rather than DOING it...
4) Barak Obama made a little hello to the French yesterday. During the press conference, I could not help but notice he was much taller than our president Nicolas Sarkozy. But I should not have been surprised. Everyone is taller than him - his wife included.
