I have been amazed, the first time I played Oblivion, to realise that Bruma's Speaker (J'Ghasta) was... a Khajiit. *blink*
I mean, Khajiit = creature of the "hot", leaving in Elsweyr, a country covered in tropical forests and deserts. So, what the hell a Khajiit was doing in the Jerall mountains ?
Whatever the reason, poor J'Ghasta has been assigned to work in Bruma, and he is definitely not coping well with the weather, as well as with Lucien's taunts...
